My 2010 Christmas Gift to You: Bacon Knots

I know I say this often, but these just might change your life. Bacon knots came to me through my old roomie Cat (the evil one that also brought you famous sausage dip). They are inexpensive, easy and will be the only thing your brunch guests will still be talking about a year later (ok, maybe they will also still talk about the Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding.)

You need two things: bacon and brown sugar.

Directions after the jump:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Take a package of bacon and cut it in half.
Roll the bacon in brown sugar. Twist it and lay it on a (foil covered for easy cleaning) baking sheet.
Bake until your desired crispiness (approximately 15 minutes for me.)
 Remove and serve.

Hint: Make more than you think you will need. These go fast and people will be begging for more.
