Farmers Market Challenge: Shitake Mushrooms

This meal was easy to make, delicious and all sourced to the Penn Quarter Farmers Market in Washington, DC.

Flash boiled Grilled Butternut Squash Tortellini from The Copper Pot Food Company of Ashburn, VA. Sauteed shitake mushrooms in olive oil, salt and pepper. Tossed with tortellini and topped with Piedmont cheese from Everona Dairy in Rapidan, VA.
