I'm traveling a lot this week, so I didn't pick up too many things to eat. But, I did pick up a bag of organic potting soil and some vegetables, herbs and flowers for my windowboxes. LiLu, Googling "scapes" in my experience will get you a lot of good recipes! I've seen scapes pizza and scape pesto. Have been traveling so much I haven't yet tried to cook them myself!
